    • čistota, krásný pokoj, klimatizace na pokoji, možnost uschování kol, soukromé parkoviště
    • "Chudší" snídaně, sem tam se stalo, že se při sprchování měnila samovolně teplota vody, chyběly skleničky na pokoji
